I’ve lost the link to access the platform

I can’t seem to remember my username

You must contact us at 1-877-774-3777 or by email at le-formateur@cchic.ca. We will be pleased to process your request.

I have not received the link or username to access the platform

You must first check it hasn’t been delivered to your junk mail folder. If within 24 hours you have not received your username, please review your email options to add onlinemanager@onlineformapro.com as one of your approved senders. You must then write to  le-formateur@cchic.ca mentioning that you have added this email and wish to receive a new notification to start your training. If you fail to receive the notification, call 1-877-774-3777 to check the email address.

I have difficulty accessing the platform

First check that your pop-up windows aren’t disabled. If that is the case, you will see a message requesting a “while using” or “always allow”. Select “always allow” and log in again. You may also disable the pop-up blocker in your web settings. Make sure that you enter the password as it was sent to you. If the password contains capital, lower-case letters and numbers, it must be entered in that exact same way.

Requests received after 8:00 pm

Requests received after 8:00 pm will only be treated the next morning.

May I retake my pre and post-training evaluations?

It is possible to retake the pre-training evaluation once and the post-training twice.

How long is my training?

Priim@ material is available until the next OIIQ exam date.

Do you provide a tutoring service?

Our lessons provide a customized tutoring service. All you need to do is click on the tutoring tab and you can send an email. Your request will be processed within a maximum of 3 days.

If I am overseas, travelling, or at a hotel, do I have access to the training?

Absolutely, it is only required to have a computer and an internet hook-up.

May I obtain a refund for my training?

No refunds will be issued. When you purchase an onine training, registration is processed within an hour and licensing to follow the course is issued immediately.  Training starts as soon as you are registered. If you are not sure that the training is suited to you, call the toll-free number to 1-877-774-3777 to obtain more information before purchasing it.
